• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or damaged tents

• Custom orders or clearance items

Process:

1. Email us at info@buildbrightkids.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
